Electronic commerce is becoming increasingly important to the real estate industry. To that end, Kleinknecht Real Estate Consulting now has the capability to deliver appraisal reports to the end user by means of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and the Internet. The transmission of the appraisal report is extremely rapid, paperless, and secure. We use state of the art equipment, such as digital cameras, on-line appraisal ordering, status reports by e-mail, and electronic signatures to ensure timely and accurate reports.
The PDF file format is becoming the standard medium for electronic delivery of appraisal reports, since the recipient of the report needs only Adobe's freeware Acrobat Reader to view and print the appraisal file. The free Adobe™ Acrobat® Reader allows you to view, navigate, and print PDF files across all major computing platforms. Acrobat Reader is the free viewing companion to Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Capture® software.
